Dear Nir,
My team partner, Ellen Saland, and I would like to thank you
and your team for a flawless moving experience.
It was a particularly difficult circumstance and you and Colin
could not have been more helpful and supportive.
The day of the move our client was nervous and was looking
to find fault. The foreman on the job, David, guided her through
the truck, showed her every piece of furniture and how it
was being handled. His patience and care won her over and
diffused what could have been a disastrous day. Meanwhile,
the other movers on the team just kept on task. Everyone knew
what they were doing and maintained a sense of good humor.
Thank you to all of your staff for their professionalism,
patience and support.
