Biodiesel Fuel
Biodiesel fuel is approximately 90% less toxic than petroleum
diesel. Because of this, we use renewable biodiesel fuel in
at least 75% of the moving trucks in our fleet.
Electronic Waste Recycling –
Free for Everyone!
Recycling old, used, or unwanted electronics is an important
practice in helping our environment. Because of this, Scanio Movers offers free electronic waste recycling to all residents
of New York City.
Recycled Boxes
Scanio is committed to lessening our environmental footprint.
As part of that effort, our moving boxes are made from recycled
materials. Using recycled cardboard diminishes the impact
that your move has on the environment.
Environmentally Friendly Packing Materials
Scanio Movers is committed to using green packing materials.
As part of this effort we use biodegradable packing materials,
recycled cardboard boxes, and reusable packing materials.
To take advantage of our free electronic waste recycling, collect
all of your unwanted electronics and call 212.722.6850 to
speak to an electronic waste recycling specialist. We will
arrange a time to come to your residence and retrieve your
unwanted electronics, which we will recycle responsibly. |
