Dear Nir:
As you promise in your tag line, we had a positively moving
experience this past week when your team of five men showed
up to pack all our belongings and transport them from Manhattan
to Vermont. Not only were the men professional, responsible,
caring, and responsive, but they were also amazingly fast.
We were able to leave for Vermont two hours earlier than we’d
planned.
When the three men who had accompanied the load showed up
on time the next morning, they were again completely professional
and respectful. Every item was placed exactly where we wanted
it. No one was fazed by having to carry boxes upstairs to
the bedroom. The piano was handled as tenderly as a baby and
placed precisely where it would get the best light. Despite
the snow on the ground, your men took great pains to keep
our floors clean and dry and even though they took all that
extra care, they finished the delivery quickly. Best of all,
when we unpacked this week, everything was in superb condition.
They had, indeed, handled our belongings as thought they belonged
to them.
The materials your team used impressed us in particular because
we were conscious of maintaining the environment and recycling
as much as possible. We had been dreading environmentally
unfriendly Styrofoam peanuts and were delighted to see that
you use large sheets of paper that work just as well or better
and are very easy to dispose of.
Should we learn of anyone in the future who needs a mover
we will be more than happy to recommend.
